Recharge, Rest, Contemplate

  1. Be as silent as you can, so you can hear your own voice, and course correct as needed.
  2. Stop worrying. Lay down your weapons.
  3. Give yourself a moment! Take a breather from the chaos around you.
  4. This is not the time to make decisions. Take action later when seeing with refreshed eyes.
  5. Seclusion may be necessary. Do it. Withdrawal can lead to healing. Accept help.
  6. Reroll.

Depletion, Burnout, Exhaustion

Stop trying to do it all. Your mind is racing and your body is trying to keep up. You need to rest yourself. Put down your defenses. Take a moment.

What does it mean to take a moment? It means getting some deep breaths. Recognizing parts of yourself that need a break. And then giving them that break!

We can't do it all and it can be frustrating to realize that. Are you creating false deadlines? What would happen if something didn't happen? Is it really all that bad?
